Watercolor Bouquet

I eventually enjoyed doing this painting. The vibrant flowers pop off the canvas.
Unfortunately many of the colours weren’t quite right according to the finished picture example. The background should have been white but instead was pale yellow. The soft pinks were fluro pink and transparent paint which made it harder to get a good colour that went nicely with the rest.
In the end I changed the background to better complement the brighter colour combination.
I’m not sure I am completely happy with the whole thing but you can judge for yourself.

I appreciate how clear the lines and numbering are. A lot of kits have too much detail and the numbers are too small and hard to read

Turned out lovely and was very enjoyable to do! Paints and brushes were perfect for the job
